One TIME DONATION
The fastest way to support Music Cures Cancer. Pick your amount, add to cart, and you’re in the fight. Every dollar goes directly toward funding live music events, supporting cancer patients and their families here in Nashville, and building toward music therapy programs inside oncology centers across the country. No membership required, no ongoing commitment — just one gift that puts music where it’s needed most.
Donate Now!Monthly Giving
Some of the most meaningful support happens quietly, month after month. A recurring monthly gift lets you automatically contribute a set amount on a schedule — one decision that keeps paying forward all year long without you having to think about it again.
For Music Cures Cancer, monthly giving is what lets us plan ahead — booking venues, funding events, and steadily building toward the music therapy programs we’re working to establish here in Nashville and beyond. A little every month adds up to something real.
We’re setting this up now. If you want to be the first to know when it goes live, sign up for our newsletter below.
Coming Soon!Support A specific PROJECT
Not every fight looks the same — and not every donation has to either. Beyond our general fund, we have specific campaigns running that need targeted support. Whether you want to fuel a cross-country ride, help us get back on stage, put a hat on a patient’s head, or bring giving into your business, pick the project that speaks to you and jump in.
BIKE ACROSS AMERICA
In 2020, Music Cures Cancer founder Lee Craft was sidelined — a blown-out knee, a city torn up by a tornado, and a world shut down by a pandemic. While he was laid up, he made a plan. Once the knee healed, he was going to ride across America — not to prove anything, but to carry the MCC mission from the Atlantic to the Pacific, city by city, mile by mile.
The route: E-Bike from New York City to San Francisco, roughly 3,000 miles, over the course of about a month. Every mile is a fundraiser. Every stop is a chance to spread the word about what music can do for people fighting cancer.
We need $100,000 to make this ride a reality. When the goal is met, Lee saddles up — targeting an August/September departure. Help us get there.
Want to put your company’s name on the ride? Corporate sponsorships for the Bike Across America campaign are available — head to our Get Involved page to start that conversation.
Coming Soon! GEt Involved!Gear Fund
In late 2019, after leaving a show, someone broke into Lee’s car and took everything — approximately $10,000 worth of audio equipment, recording gear, merchandise, and cash donations that had just been raised. It was one punch in a brutal stretch that also included a serious knee injury, a tornado that ripped through Nashville, and a global pandemic that shut down live music entirely.
The gear is gone. The mission isn’t.
To do what we do — run live shows, record performances, and put on events that raise real money for cancer patients — we need equipment. We’re raising funds through GoFundMe to rebuild our production setup from the ground up, one piece at a time. Every dollar gets us closer to the stage.
Have gear to donate, or want to put your company’s name on a specific piece of equipment? Head to our Get Involved page and let’s talk.
Coming Soon! GEt Involved!Hat DRIVE
Chemotherapy does a lot of things to the body. One of the most visible — and for many patients, one of the most emotionally difficult — is hair loss. A quality hat, beanie, or head covering won’t undo that. But it can provide warmth, a little dignity, and a quiet reminder that people outside those hospital walls are thinking about them.
We’re collecting and purchasing head coverings to donate directly to patients at Nashville-area cancer treatment centers. No complicated process. Just hats, going to people who need them.
There are three ways you can help:
- Donate money toward purchasing hats — we’ll handle the shopping and delivery
- Send physical hats or head coverings directly — reach out through our Contact page for shipping details
- Host a hat collection point at your business — we’ll help you get set up and collect the donations
Donation Boxes
Some of the most powerful fundraising happens in the smallest moments — a customer waiting in line, someone grabbing a coffee, a patron browsing your shop. A Music Cures Cancer donation box turns those everyday moments into an opportunity to fight cancer, with zero extra effort from your team.
We offer two options for businesses and venues who want to host:
- Physical donation box — a branded collection box for cash donations, placed right at your counter or in a high-traffic spot. Reach out through our Contact page and we’ll coordinate getting one placed and picked up on a regular basis.
- Digital donation box — a branded QR code linked directly to our donation page, perfect for counter cards, window clings, table tents, or anywhere a customer’s phone might go. No hardware, no hassle, no maintenance.
Either way, your business becomes a recognized Music Cures Cancer community partner — and every dollar collected goes straight toward our mission.
